340 Auburn is a restored two-story brick building located on Auburn Avenue and Hilliard Street in the Sweet Auburn neighborhood.

The building features seven chic micro-units surrounded by ample communal space, giving building residents several opportunities to meet their neighbors. 340 Auburn is also home to Remerge and Atlanta Breakfast Club.

Less than two miles eastward from Peachtree Street, Auburn Avenue was once the commercial, cultural, and spiritual epicenter of African American life in Atlanta before the civil rights movement.

Given the historical significance of the Sweet Auburn community, 340 Auburn was developed with the community in mind – balancing its revitalization while seeking to honor and preserve its rich history.
